Wow! I am SO behind in my blogging... So sorry, friends, I have been having some touch family issue that caused me stress and fighting for peace. Here is the closing of 2018 picture of me telling about the wonderful Christmas story at the Buddhist school. An awesome time! Then new year lights in our neighborhood and finally me helping one of our girls with a letter/card to her sponsor while my hair is all wrapped up in coconut oil...trying to get rid of lice...Yikes!!! Yes, it was bound to happen...

Happy time at the children's home as team from Foothill Church and our college students came to join our little girls in celebrating Jesus as God's Amazing Gift to us all.
Warm clothes for the cold days...A big 'thank you' to my dear friend in California for collecting these jackets for me to bring for the girls... A few jackets are left for us to send to the children at the refugee camp in Myanmar. We are so thankful...
I am thankful for the beauty of life and the beauty in nature...that in every situation of life, God is there to see me through. But most of all, I am thankful for my family and friends, in Thailand and in America. They all mean so much to me and have made my life colorful and meaningful. I love you all...Happy Thanksgiving! Getting ready for an outreach at the local market... The Bible students prepare songs and testimonies to share at the open market. Over 60 students and staff caravanned to Lumpoon, a nearby province to share the Good News, pass out flyers and pray for people. A wonderful time!
We have deemed November 15th of each year to reflect on the memory of a special young girl who loved orphan girls. Thank God for Breanna Joy Moritz that allowed us to have a wonderful children's home for over 14 years, called Breanna's House of Joy.
So thankful for friends at the Bible school where I volunteer twice a week, for allowing me to make grilled cheese for all the students and staff. We made over a hundred sandwiches and lots of smiles...Yum!
A little jungle at the base of a hill... We set up camp for the girls. "Lost in the Jungle" was the Bible theme sponsored by a special short mission team from Colorado. We got to learn that Jesus is the answer when we are lost, when we are afraid, lonely or when we face problems. We had a wonderful time learning and growing together... Thank you, Springs Church. We will always remember you in our hearts.
As soon as I returned from my trip home in the States, I have been hitting the ground running with doing things with the girls. I did not get to see them for nearly 2 months. It was good to be in Thailand and care for the little girls again. Little gifts from America, chocolates, bracelets, then I started a crocheting projects and sharing at a church service at the children's home, while the girls were on an interim semester break...
Nothing better than spending special time with loved ones...Even though we have little time to spend together, making good memories. Other special people also that I want to see before time to return to Thailand... Thank God for each one.
