 Making smoothies is what I do! One way to cold off on a hot tropical day is to have a nice cool drink of strawberry or mango smoothies. We serve up smoothies to Bible Studies, visitors and friends alike.

 Just outside the front gate of the children's school, the neighborhood community set up a show with children's live performance, number drawings and prizes for the children. Our girls joined in the fun and hoped to win one of the prizes. On this day, all over Thailand, a grand celebration in every neighborhood were focusing on the children- the future of the country.  The girls had a great night out, just walking distance from the center. They enjoyed snacks and fruit punches while watching some of their friends performed Thai dances. It was getting past their bedtime and none of the girls' number was a winning number.  As the show came to a close, we started to head for home with some prizes in hand. One of the girls, Maysa. was hoping to win a bicycle to take home. We had been thinking of getting the girls bicycles at the beginning of their summer break. But that night, Maysa hoped and prayed hard to win a bicycle. Before we walked away, her number was announced and she received a nice blue bike of her very own.
