Each little girl has her own special story to tell about the past. As I interviewed each of of the 33 children and help translate their stories, I couldn't help but to ask the question... "What would have happened to them if they had not come to the children's home at Breanna's House of Joy?" These once abandoned little girls would have no future and no real home where they belong. Thank God, and thank sponsors who made it possible for them to have a place to live, to learn and to thrive.

God always bring very special people to the children's home. It is such a privilege to translate for each team that comes. A team may come for many reasons... to bless our girls, to bring training for the staff and to partner with us in the ministry. Each person leaves with us joy and encouragement. Thank you for visiting us... We use coconut oil and tree tea oil to combat the lice. We usually have to do this about twice a year. The oil treatment is good for the hair and skin and drown out the lice. After a few hours, we comb out their hair to get rid of the pests and the eggs.The girls are such troopers as we have to do this 2-3 weekends in a row! |
