A long summer break means more time to worship together and go on outings. It also means that the girls can go to visit relatives for a few weeks, if they want. A few girls remain at the children's home. It is the safest place for them and they are well cared for... We enjoyed fun outings. Best part of this April is … being able to worship at the local church to celebrate Jesus is risen!!

What's going on in the summer months at the children's home? We still teach and train the children that God loves us and Jesus is the way to God and the answer to our everyday living... that life is about loving God and caring for one another.
It may be very hot and dry with little rain but we are thankful that the mango trees are loaded with sweet mangos! To cool off during the hot summer: hit a stream haven and lots of swimming with the girls.
